Carrie-Ann Pishnak

Carrie-ann Pishnak is an accomplished executive director and improv leader with extensive experience in the performing arts sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at the Youth Academy Of Dramatic Arts since 2014, Carrie-ann oversees strategic vision and business decisions to enhance company growth. As the Improv Artistic Director, responsibilities include developing the artistic focus of YADA's Improv Program, while also teaching weekly improv classes for youth. In addition, Carrie-ann is the Executive Producer of the Rockin' Awesome Improv Show, known for its engaging family-friendly performances. Other roles include Corporate Workshop Facilitator at Hemsley Fraser, Teaching Faculty at California Institute of the Arts, and various positions at The Second City, including Associate Producer and Marketing Director. Carrie-ann's educational background includes degrees from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, the British American Drama Academy, and The Second City Conservatory.
