Greet Hettema

Greet Hettema is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Manager of the HR department at Jeugdhulp Friesland since February 2024. Prior to this, Greet held the position of HR manager at Alliade from April 2023 to February 2024 and managed the Social Domain at Gemeente Harlingen from May 2021 to April 2023. Greet has significant experience in municipal management, having worked in various leadership roles, including Manager of the Social Domain at Gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân, where responsibilities included developing new departmental policies for multiple municipalities, and Manager of Governance and Organizational Support for DDFK municipalities. Greet's career in government also includes a role as an Overheidsmanager at Gemeente Dongeradeel, alongside earlier experience as an HR advisor at Accare and as a helper in child and youth psychiatry. Greet has pursued extensive educational development in leadership, HR strategy, and social work, culminating in various degrees from institutions such as Saxion University of Applied Sciences and the Hannie Schaft Akademie.
