Youth Bridge Trust
Tshiamo Leta is currently a Research Assistant at the University of Johannesburg since October 2022 and has been an intern at Youth Bridge Trust since January 2022. Previous experience includes an internship at Accenture from April 2021 to November 2021, where skills in agile rapid skills acquisition and data interpretation for process optimization were developed. Additionally, Tshiamo worked as a Retail Salesperson at Edgars from November 2015 to January 2018, focusing on customer service and inventory management. Tshiamo holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Johannesburg obtained in 2020, as well as an Associate of Science in Biochemistry awarded in December 2019 from the same institution.

Youth Bridge Trust
The Youth Bridge Trust (YBT) is an innovative organisation, based in Johannesburg. In partnership with the Ford Foundation, the Trust aims to create opportunities for young people to be successful in the workforce, develop livelihood skills and further their education, through partnerships and collaborations. The Trust has a regional focus and is has developed programmes and partnerships throughout Southern Africa. As a grant-making body rather than an implementing entity, the Trust funds grantees whose programmes and projects align to the vision and mission of the Trust.
