Carol Appel

Carol Appel has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Carol began their career in 2004 as the Presidente of Federação Paranaense de Empresas Juniores. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Aliança Empreendedora, first as a Project Coordinator and Business Advisor, and later as the Director of Research and Development. In 2012, Carol co-founded Katalise and remained in the role until 2018. In 2016, they joined Youth Business International (YBI) as the Head of Training. Most recently, in 2020, Carol founded Katalise UK.

From 2021 to 2023, they pursued Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development at CIPD Qualifications.

In 2009 and 2010, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Group Dynamics at the Brazilian Society of Group Dynamics.

In 2007 and 2008, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

From 2002 to 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the Federal University of Paraná.
