Serena Vento

Serena Vento is an experienced leader specializing in development, fundraising, and program management within the non-profit and impact sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development & Programmes at Youth Business International since October 2023, Serena previously held diverse roles including Board Director at the Post Growth Institute since February 2022, and Fundraising Orchestrator at Climate-KIC until September 2023. As a Founder Trustee of The National House Project Hub, Serena advanced opportunities for young adults exiting the care system. Additional past positions include senior roles at the Climate Bonds Initiative, Social Stock Exchange, and Klessi Limited, as well as marketing leadership at SunGard and WorldDAB. Serena Vento holds a Master's degree in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Westminster.
