Fahad Awan

Fahad Awan is currently the Senior Manager of Operations at Youth Climate Justice Fund since January 2024, previously serving as Manager of Operations and Administration. Prior experience includes working as Operations Manager and Psychosocial Support Consultant at ARTICLE 19, where responsibilities ranged from client management to psychosocial service delivery, particularly focusing on LGBTQIA+ and diaspora trauma. As Wellbeing Manager at Beaconhouse Group, Fahad developed social emotional learning curricula and implemented well-being initiatives across over 200 schools. Earlier roles include Advanced Clinical Intern at The Institute for Human Identity, Associate Consultant at Acasus, and various research positions. Fahad holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Education from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
