Youth Climate Justice Fund
Zagy Berian serves as the South Asia Regional Facilitator at the Youth Climate Justice Fund since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in renewable energy and education. As the Founder of the Society of Renewable Energy since July 2019, Zagy launched initiatives that established 43 student chapters and engaged over 3,000 members, while also implementing solar PV installations in rural areas and promoting gender equality through the SRE Women Edition. Zagy's previous roles include an Astra1st Scholarship and Development Program Awardee at PT Astra International Tbk, Business Consultant at Koperasi Astra International, and various academic positions as an assistant lecturer and tutor at the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and the Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where Zagy contributed to teaching and curriculum development in engineering subjects. Zagy completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2016 to 2020.

We support youth climate justice movements with trust-based funding, resources and youth-to-youth capacity development. We bridge funders and organizers by providing funders with more knowledge and opportunities to resource youth climate justice movements.
