Sakhiwo Dlalisa

Sakhiwo Dlalisa is the Founder and Director of Youth Development Project SA (PTY) LTD (YDP SA), a South African-based IT SaaS and eCommerce agency established in 2021 but formally registered in 2025 April.

Driven by a passion for technology and social impact, Dlalisa launched the organization initially to support fellow students with programming, which organically evolved into a scalable platform focused on addressing youth unemployment and digital inequality in South Africa.

Under his leadership, YDP SA has grown into a dynamic agency with two core arms: the YDP SA Agency, which delivers digital skills training, job readiness programs, and IT solutions to students and small-to-medium enterprises; and Sosa Magazine Store, a fashion-tech subsidiary that partners with over 20 luxury brands to generate revenue through CPC and CPA affiliate marketing. With a fast-growing community of over 600 members and partnerships across several universities, YDP SA has become a national hub for digital empowerment.

Dlalisa holds degrees in Business Administration (BBA) and Information Technology Management (BCom ITM), along with more than 50 industry course certifications spanning cybersecurity, SEO, IT Leadership, IT project management and more. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, utilizing advanced internationally competitive software development solutions CRM, DBMS, and SEO technologies to drive both social impact and business performance.

As Director, Dlalisa’s vision is to empower 10,000 students by 2030, assist over 100 small - medium sized businesses in becoming internationally digitally competitive, and create sustainable economic pathways for South Africa’s youth and business. His leadership continues to position YDP SA as a purpose-driven enterprise committed to bridging the gap between education, employment, and enterprise in the digital age.
