Jennifer Ivan

Jennifer Ivan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience at Microsoft since September 2005, where Jennifer currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Experiences and Devices, leading legal strategy for a $25 billion business. Throughout their tenure, Jennifer has held various significant roles, including head of legal for North America Customer Partner and Solutions, M365 Security and Compliance, and the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs. Prior to Microsoft, Jennifer held senior legal positions at Dell and IBM, and served as President of the Board of Trustees for Youth Eastside Services. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
