Ravi Naidoo

Founded in 1970, Youth Employment Service (YES) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to teach youth and young adults (ages 16-24) the skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment, and to offer programs that help improve their employability and overall quality of life. Over the last fifty years, YES has served more than 50,000 local youth, at no cost, through dynamic curriculum-based service. Our programs are delivered in an accessible, friendly environment at our headquarters in Santa Ana, onsite at schools and through various nonprofit partnerships, or online via Zoom. YES is dedicated to helping young people pave the road to economic independence through personal and professional development.
