Cynthia M. Guerra G.

President Guatemalan Chapter at Youth for Human Rights International

Cynthia M. Guerra G. has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors in Guatemala. Currently serving as the Partner Education Channel at ODILO and as Co-Founder of 100 Goles Laboratorio Cervecero, Cynthia has also held positions as President of Incidencia Educativa and President of the Guatemalan Chapter of Youth for Human Rights International. Cynthia is a member of the Board of Directors at CIAV and has been the Administrative Director at Colegio Activo Bilingüe. With a background in promoting human rights through education while serving as the Director of Promotion and Education at the Procuraduría de Derechos Humanos Guatemala, Cynthia has been involved in multiple political and social initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, a Master's in Organizational Leadership, a Postgraduate Specialization in Feminist Gender Studies from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and completion of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University.
