Carl R. Street

Mr. Street became Director of Behavioral Health Services for YFT in 2015. Under his leadership, YFT has opened three behavioral health satellite offices in Prince William County which presently serves over 1,000 children and families in crisis monthly.

Mr. Street served the Prince William County Community Services office as a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Therapist with Drug Offender Recovery Services. Previously, he served YFT for 15 years in various capacities including Director of Residential Services preceded by positions as Residential Shift Supervisor, Substance Abuse Counselor and Assistant Director of Residential Services. He received a BA in Psychology from George Mason University and an MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. He is credentialed in the state of Virginia as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) and certified as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC).
