Sarah Finnegan

Sarah Finnegan is an experienced professional with a strong background in process improvement, training, and project management. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Consultant & Trainer at the US Environmental Protection Agency since October 2018, Sarah focuses on the design and implementation of a new performance management system, providing training and analyzing business processes for effectiveness. Additionally, since January 2017, Sarah has been a Volunteer Area Representative for Youth For Understanding USA. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Placement & Assessment Specialist and TEFL Specialist at the Peace Corps, where Sarah managed program portfolios and developed teaching methods, respectively. Earlier professional experience includes project management at The A.R. Davis Insurance Agency. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Ohio State University.
