Dr. Lolita Cleveland

Program Manager CAP at Youth Guidance

Dr. Lolita Cleveland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, entrepreneurship, and education. Currently serving as Program Manager for Youth Guidance since June 2015, Dr. Cleveland also holds the role of Community Resource Coordinator and operates as the Founder/CEO of CRUMB Enterprises, aiding newly established organizations in enhancing operational efficiency. As an Adjunct Faculty member since July 2012, Dr. Cleveland instructs students in healthcare disciplines, including Medical Assisting and Health Information Technology. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Office Manager at Dejean Wellness, where business strategies and branding initiatives were developed for a medical practice. Dr. Cleveland holds a Doctor of Arts in Christian Education from Empowerment Theological Institute & Bible Seminary, a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology from Grambling State University.
