Milva Garcia

Milva Garcia is a dedicated human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Youth Guidance since March 2023, responsible for maintaining accurate human resource files while ensuring confidentiality. Previously, Milva worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Abcor Home Health, Inc., where duties included assisting with HR inquiries and managing employee records. Milva's experience also includes a role as a Bartender at LOUIE'S WINE DIVE PARENT, LLC, and as a Sales Representative/Team Lead at Malibu Marketing, where leadership and sales skills were developed.
