Nathaniel Palmer

Nathaniel Palmer, M.Ed, currently serves as a BAM Youth Counselor at Youth Guidance since August 2021. Previously, Nathaniel held positions as a Career Transition Readiness Specialist at Horizons Youth Services and an Independent Business Owner with IM Academy. Experience also includes leadership roles such as Team Leader at FieldWorks and Resident Director at Northeastern State University, where responsibilities included supervising and training staff. Nathaniel also contributed as a Peer Navigator at the National Indian Woman Health Resource Center and interned with The Placement Exchange, assisting students with job placement services. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor's in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from Arkansas Tech University.
