Phil Bierman

Phil Bierman is a board member at Youth Guidance. Phil has also previously worked at Deloitte, Ericsson, Nortel Networks / Bell Northern Research, and AT&T.

At Ericsson, Phil was the Practice Lead for Business Consulting Services. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Midwest office and delivering all Telcordia services.

At Nortel Networks / Bell Northern Research, Phil was the R&D Program Executive. In this role, they directed the R&D program between Nortel Technology and ATT (Ameritech).

At AT&T, Phil was responsible for a $200M outsourcing contract of IBM/IGS call centers. Phil also held a role in Business & Corporate Development for ATT-Ameritech.

Phil Bierman has a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
