Ryan Crosby is an experienced leader in educational evaluation and quality improvement, currently serving as the Senior Director of Evaluation & Quality Improvement at Youth Guidance since January 2017. In this role, Ryan supervises a team focused on supporting at-risk children through school-based programs. Prior to Youth Guidance, Ryan held various positions at Chicago Public Schools, including Director of School Quality Measurement, where oversight of accountability for over 600 schools was a key responsibility. Ryan also contributed as Program Manager in the Office of Instructional Design and Assessment and managed the Magnet Cluster Initiative to enhance educational quality in neighborhood schools. Earlier experience includes an analyst position at the US Government Accountability Office. Ryan holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History from Northwestern University.
