Will Irvin has over 12 years of experience in education and youth development. Will is currently the Director of Career Readiness and Postsecondary Success at Youth Guidance, where they lead a team of educators and manages a $1.5 million annual budget. Will also develops partnerships with postsecondary pathway organizations and collaborates with local and national teams to enhance college and career supports for young people. Prior to their current role, they worked at the Gary Comer Youth Center as the Director of College Preparation, High School Transition Manager, and Assistant to the Executive Director.
