Justin Scott

Justin Scott is currently the Network & Information Systems Director at Youth Home. Justin has over fifteen years of experience in multimedia, video production, and web design/development solutions. Prior to their current position, Justin was the Multimedia Specialist for the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts from January 2016 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing day-to-day post production operations. Justin also communicated creative and technical ideas/proposals/challenges to internal team members as well as to clients to determine the most creative visual approach.

Before working at the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, Justin was the Art Director at Triscari from December 2012 to January 2016. At Triscari, they designed, created, and integrated high quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital, print and video. Justin also collaborated with and assisted production team on studio and location DSLR workflows including set design, sound, and lighting.

Earlier in their career, Justin was the Broadcast Manager / Producer / Editor at Pavone Advertising from August 2010 to May 2011. Justin also worked as a Digital Media Instructor at Keystone Technical Institute from February 2005 to January 2006.

Justin began their career as a Multimedia Specialist at Carlisle Construction Materials from January 2006 to March 2008.

Justin Scott has a certification from LinkedIn in Taylre Jones Film and Video Colorist.
