Krystal Cason

Krystal Cason is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Operational Effectiveness at Youth INC since December 2021, where responsibilities include designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives for strategic planning and operations. Previously, Krystal held the position of Director of Impact & Innovation at Eye to Eye National from July 2019 to August 2021, focusing on the design and scaling of impactful programs for youth. At the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development from July 2015 to July 2019, Krystal provided strategic leadership to the largest municipally funded after school system in the nation, developing key operational standards. Additionally, as Director of Community Outreach at Girls Inc. from July 2008 to July 2015, Krystal created outreach programs that significantly enhanced youth engagement and revenue generation. Education at Hunter College has been ongoing since 2000.
