Lucretzia M. Jamison, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of Youth Job Center, Inc., overseeing work-readiness training and support for over 2,000 youth and young adults annually. Prior experience includes the role of Dean at Dawson Technical Institute, where academic leadership and operational management of construction-related programs were key responsibilities. Lucretzia held the position of Executive Director at the Center for Employment Training, managing workforce training operations in Chicago, and was Director of Job Training Programs for the City of Chicago, administering federally funded workforce initiatives. Additionally, Lucretzia contributed to Junior Achievement of Chicago in various capacities, primarily focusing on program growth and volunteer engagement. Lucretzia earned an MBA in Human Resources, along with a Graduate Certification in Customer Experience Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in History.
