Mariam Elmais is a Clinical Research Assistant at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in genetic counseling. Mariam has experience as a Cancer Researcher and a Skin Cancer & Dermatology Researcher, employing computational biology software for tumor analysis and conducting significant research on Gorlin Syndrome and basal cell carcinoma. At Weill Cornell Medicine, Mariam is a Research Assistant analyzing postmortem mouse brains.
