Ajay Paghdal

Ajay Paghdal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Youth Noise, a company they started in 2012 with the goal of helping young people make their voices heard. Prior to Youth Noise, Ajay was the Founder of OutreachMama, a blogger outreach and link building service company.

Under Ajay's leadership, OutreachMama grew from a one-person operation to a multi-million dollar business with a team of over 50 employees. In 2020, Ajay sold OutreachMama for a 7-figure sum.

Now at Youth Noise, Ajay is using their experience and expertise to help young people make an impact in their communities and the world. With offices in both the United States and India, Youth Noise is quickly becoming a global leader in youth empowerment.

Ajay Paghdal has a PharmD from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick in the field of pharmacy.
