Terry Gillis

Terry Gillis is currently the CEO of Ahria Consulting since August 2008. He is also the President & Managing Partner, Managing Partner at the company. Additionally, he serves as Part-Time Faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University since 2005. As an Equity Owner and Member of the Board at Career Partners International since January 2012, he holds the titles of Chair, Board of Managers and Region Leader - Canada. Terry is a Board Member at Airshow London since April 2023 and serves as Chairperson and Vice Chair Board Of Directors at Youth Opportunities Unlimited - London Ontario since September 2019. Previously, he held positions such as Vice President Quality & Standards at Career Partners International from 2006 to January 2011, Chair of the Board at London Children's Museum from 2007 to February 2010, and Vice President Quality & Service at Carswell Partners from 2000 to 2008. Terry also has a background in education, including a Certified Professional Coach degree from iPEC Coaching, an M.B.A. in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, an M.A.Sc./M.A. in Industrial Psychology & Gerontology from the University of Waterloo, and a B.Sc. in Psychology from Dalhousie University.
