Roshonda Smith

Roshonda Smith is currently the Director at Youth Opportunities Unlimited. Prior to this position, they were with Cleveland Housing Network and Dress for Success Cleveland. Roshonda has also worked with Fifth Third Bank as an Assistant Vice-President. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategies for financial centers which included market penetration, superior customer service, increased employee engagement, cross-sell, and profitability.
