Kathy Jackowski

Ms. Jackowski oversees data collection and performance evaluation of Youth Opportunity programs by leveraging technology to assist data-driven decision-making through data management, analysis, and interactive visual analytics, including the development of performance measurement management dashboards. Katherine has over 10 years of juvenile justice experience; before the last 5 years in the private sector, she served in various capacities at the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice within the Bureau of Research and Planning specializing in outcome analyses of all FL DJJ funded programs across the juvenile justice continuum, development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and visual analytic dashboards, performance measurement, federal reporting, reform initiatives, gap analyses and assessing systemic and process breakdowns and identifying solutions to bridge those gaps. Ms. Jackowski holds a BBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University. Katherine’s recent academic publications have appeared in the Journal of Criminal Justice and Youth Violence and Juvenile Justice.
