Tyrene Green

Tyrene Green, Vice President of Program Development: Mr. Green provides operational oversight and is responsible for developing newly acquired programs into functioning Youth Opportunity entities that meet contractual, regulatory, and juvenile justice standards. Mr. Green also assists with the coordination and administration of all operating programs and leadership development.

Mr. Green has over 21 years of juvenile services experience in managing and providing oversight for various programs across a wide spectrum of youth populations, program models, and facility settings. Mr. Green has been recognized for his work with integrating and implementing strategies providing safe and secure programs with evidence-based treatment. Mr. Green has worked with state agencies in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, Michigan, Pennsylvania Tennessee, and Texas. Mr. Green attended the University of Texas-El Paso receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and holds a Master of Science degree in Justice Administration from Bellevue University.
