Youth Projects
Dennis James possesses extensive experience in managerial roles within the employment and youth services sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Youth Projects since July 2022, Dennis previously held similar positions at The Salvation Army Employment Plus from July 2016 to July 2022 and has experience as a Site Manager. Prior to this, Dennis worked as a Work for the Dole Coordinator Broker at MatchWorks and as an Employment Placement Coach at PVS Workfind. The career began at Crazy John's, where Dennis excelled as a Sales Consultant and Acting Team Leader. Academically, Dennis earned a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from La Trobe University and holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Bhopal.

We are an independent, registered charity that provides front line support to young people and individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol and other drug issues and people looking to re-engage with learning and employment. We recognise the complex needs of our clients and go above and beyond, 365 days a year, to provide pathways out of poverty. Daring to go where others don't. Youth Projects is changing and saving lives through unique pathways into employment and training, health and lifeskills, harm prevention and outreach and social enterprise programs through a holistic, connected model of care. Comprised of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, we have the ability to provide a complete wrap around, non-judgmental service with a strong focus on respect, client centered care and harm prevention.
