Kent Winzer has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations, with a focus on compliance, logistics, auditing, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Contract Compliance and Quality Specialist at Youth Projects since May 2023, Kent previously worked as a Vehicle Logistics Specialist at Tesselaar Flowers. Kent's tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2011 to 2022 included positions as Lead Internal Auditor (ISO) and Account Support Manager, demonstrating a strong background in auditing and partner support. Additional roles include Events & Office Manager at Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership, Business Coordination Administrator/Analyst at HP, and Football Manager - Statistics at Coburg Football Club. Kent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Police Studies from Monash University and a Victorian Certificate of Education from De La Salle College.

We are an independent, registered charity that provides front line support to young people and individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol and other drug issues and people looking to re-engage with learning and employment. We recognise the complex needs of our clients and go above and beyond, 365 days a year, to provide pathways out of poverty. Daring to go where others don't. Youth Projects is changing and saving lives through unique pathways into employment and training, health and lifeskills, harm prevention and outreach and social enterprise programs through a holistic, connected model of care. Comprised of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, we have the ability to provide a complete wrap around, non-judgmental service with a strong focus on respect, client centered care and harm prevention.
