Mark Van Miltenburg

Mark van Miltenburg has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Mark currently works as the Acquisitions Director - Capital Transactions & Partnerships at Stockland, one of Australia's largest property groups. In this role, they lead a team responsible for originating investment opportunities and executing acquisitions on behalf of the business.

Mark also serves as a Committee Member on the Victorian Mixed Use Precincts Committee at the Property Council of Australia.

Prior to their current role, Mark held various positions in different organizations. Mark was the Head of Investment and Development at Sterling Global Property Group from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Development Manager in the Office division at Mirvac and Charter Hall.

Mark began their career at Macquarie Group as an Associate | Manager in Real Estate Capital, and later joined Lend Lease as a Senior Project Engineer.

Additionally, Mark is a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Youth Projects Ltd, a organization that provides primary health services, employment and training, and social enterprise programs to clients in Victoria.

Mark van Miltenburg has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions from the London Business School. Mark also completed the Company Directors Course in Corporate Governance and Corporate Risk Management at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management and Finance from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Mark also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Building and Construction Management (First Class Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney.
