Bill Fenn

Bill Fenn has over 30 years of experience in youth justice services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since June 2018. Previously, Bill held various positions including Program Manager and Coordinator at the same organization from February 1988 to February 2018. Bill Fenn earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Carleton University, where studies took place from 1985 to 1989, following education at Thousand Islands Secondary School from 1980 to 1985.
