Connor McRae is an experienced professional with a diverse background in youth justice and social services. Currently serving as a Youth Justice Worker at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since November 2020, Connor is responsible for ensuring safety and security within a correctional facility while advocating for the rights of young offenders. Additionally, Connor has worked as a Resource Assessment Worker at Service Coordination for People with Developmental Disabilities since May 2018, focusing on quality assurance and compliance with legislative requirements. Previous experience includes a role as a Family Engagement Services Facilitator at the Military Family Resource Centre - National Capital Region. Connor holds a BA Honours in Health/Medical Psychology from Carleton University, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University, and a degree in Police Foundations from Algonquin College.
