Joanne Lowe

Joanne Lowe has been the Executive Director at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since 2013. Prior to that, they were with CHEO -- Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario for over 20 years. Joanne has also worked with the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa in the past. Joanne is a highly experienced and respected leader in the youth services field.

Joanne Lowe has a Bachelor of Social Work from Laurentian University and a Master of Social Work with a focus on community development and social planning from Wilfrid Laurier University.
