Kathryn Owens MSW RSW is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership and program development. Currently serving as the Clinical Director at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, Owens oversees the development and management of client services while providing strategic and operational leadership. Previously, a Clinical Manager at The Counselling Group, Owens contributed to the establishment of five specialized mental health programs. Other notable roles include Clinical Supervisor at Saint Paul University, Clinical Investigator for the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, and Co-Founder of Family Matters. With a strong educational background that includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Waterloo, Owens demonstrates a commitment to improving mental health care for children, youth, and families.
