Natalia Munteanu

Natalia Munteanu, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Partner, People and Culture at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since October 2021, Munteanu previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Tony Graham Automotive Group and volunteered as Human Resources Support at CARE. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Supervisor and Legal Advisor at Air Moldova, where responsibilities encompassed employee management and compliance with HR policies. Munteanu's educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Human Resources from George Brown College and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Craiova, alongside active membership in the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) since 2019.
