Luke Self

Luke Self is the current MD, Recruiting at Youth Villages. Luke has been with the company in various capacities since 2007. Luke started as a Behavioral Youth Counselor and has since held positions of increasing responsibility, including Staff Recruiter, Senior Staff Recruiter, Recruiting Supervisor, Recruiting Manager, Assistant Director of Recruiting, and Director of Recruiting.

Luke Self attended Union University, where they earned a BS in Psychology & Biology.
