Jacqueline O'Rourke

Jacqueline O'Rourke is a dedicated youth worker with extensive experience in community development and program management. Currently employed at Youth Work Ireland since September 2022, Jacqueline previously served as a Regional Manager at EF High School Exchange Year and as a Community Development Officer at Monaghan Integrated Development CLG, where the focus was on supporting marginalized groups and fostering sustainable communities. Additional roles include Youth Liaison Support Worker at Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board, program and logistical management at The Challenge, and English language assistance with the British Council. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in French and Social Anthropology from Queen's University Belfast and an MA in Culture and Colonialism from University of Galway, complemented by further studies in Creativity and Change at Munster Technological University.
