Jalil Butron

Jalil Butron is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in visual media and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Creative Director at Youth Beat since December 2021, Jalil contributed to significant revenue growth for the organization, with Youth Beat PRO increasing from under $80K to over $200K in one year. Previously, Jalil worked at Dangxia Media from July 2017 to October 2021 as the Director of Photography and Creative Director, managing the commercial branch and overseeing the execution of creative projects. Jalil's freelance experience from April 2015 to July 2017 involved producing high-quality video content while collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs and budget constraints. Jalil holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a minor in Border Studies from San Diego State University, completed in 2015.
