Amanda Bond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and coaching, currently serving as the Manager of Coaching for Program Impact at YouthBuild Global since June 2023. As the Owner & Creator of That Crafty Golden since June 2022, Amanda demonstrates entrepreneurial skills. Prior to these roles, Amanda was a Site Manager at Eckerd Connects from February 2017 to June 2023, overseeing recruitment, compliance, and staff training while enhancing youth outcomes. Amanda also held the position of Career Coach, providing employability training and maintaining participant records. Earlier experience includes working as an Enrollment Advisor at Bisk, where Amanda managed student enrollments and facilitated communication with prospective students. Amanda holds an Associate of Arts degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
