Justine Willis

Justine Willis is a Partnerships and Portfolio Manager at YouthBuild USA since October 2019. In this role, Justine provides technical assistance in program management, youth development, performance management, and workforce development through multi-modal program coaching. Prior to this, Justine worked as a Community and Organizational Development Volunteer at Peace Corps where Justine collaborated with various professionals to create more opportunities for community and youth engagement. Justine also has experience as an Eligibility Worker at EL DORADO COUNTY, determining government aid eligibility and suggesting programs for future independence. Justine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University.
