Maddie Petraglia

Associate Director, Content Design at YouthBuild

Maddie Petraglia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maddie began their career in 2013 at the Center for Economic Growth, where they worked as a Special Project Assistant, Special Project Coordinator, and later as a Workforce and Education Coordinator until 2016. Maddie then joined the Ballston Spa Central School District as a Coordinator of District Advancement, overseeing the district's 501c3 fund and building partnerships. In 2019, Maddie joined EF Education First as an Experiential Events Manager, responsible for managing global events and designing content for learning programs. Currently, they are working at YouthBuild USA as the Senior Manager of Career Pathways, leading initiatives to evaluate and scale evidence-based practices. Maddie's current role at YouthBuild USA involves designing learner-centered content and learning experiences as the Associate Director of Content Design.

Maddie Petraglia attended Stonehill College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Education. Maddie has also obtained various certifications in instructional design from LinkedIn, including Agile Instructional Design, Become an Instructional Designer, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Instructional Design: Creating Video Training, Instructional Design: Working with SMEs, Measuring Learning Effectiveness, Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, and Instructional Design: Needs Analysis.
