Erin Snyder

Director of Sales Planning at Youtheory

Erin Snyder has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Erin started their career as a Recruiter at TSG Incorporated in 1997. From there, they worked at Information Resources Inc from 1998 to 2001, initially as an Assistant Project Manager and later as a Manager, where they provided support to the client service team and delivered insights to consumer packaged goods companies. Erin then joined J&J PPC as an Account Manager from 2001 to 2002, where they managed the promotional budget and business goals for Safeway Corporate. Erin also served as a Customer Business Analyst at J&J PPC from 2002 to 2004, responsible for achieving forecast goals and providing brand and category analysis.

In 2004, Erin joined Neutrogena as a Business Analyst, where they were the key contact for various category management projects and conducted analysis on account-specific data. Erin later became a Customer Business Analyst at Neutrogena, focusing on the Skin Care partnership at Albertson's. After leaving Neutrogena in 2007, Erin worked at IRI as a Director from 2008 to 2010, servicing the information and technology needs of consumer packaged good companies.

Moving on, Erin joined Pacific World Corporation in 2010 as an Insights & Category Analytics Manager, supporting the sales organization with analytic analyses and managing relationships with IRI and ACNielsen Answers. Erin then worked at The Emerson Group from 2013 to 2018 as part of the Category Management team, providing category management and sales analytic support to various account teams.

In 2018, Erin joined The J.R. Watkins Co. as a Sales Director, supporting the sales team and the company with sales analysis and selling tools. Most recently, they have been working at Youtheory since 2023 as the Director of Sales Planning.

Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated expertise in sales planning, category management, sales analysis, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Erin Snyder attended Miami University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Erin also pursued a field of study in Business Marketing during their time at Miami University. In 1995, Erin attended the John E. Doubious European Center, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business.
