Cate Swinburn

Cate Swinburn is a seasoned leader in education and youth development, currently serving as the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of YouthForce NOLA since October 2015, where efforts focus on preparing New Orleans public school students for high-demand career pathways. Swinburn holds membership in the Entrepreneurs' Organization, facilitating peer-to-peer learning among over 14,000 entrepreneurs worldwide, and serves as a Board Member for the New Orleans Career Center and MHA Labs. Previous roles include leadership positions with Education Pioneers and the DC Public Education Fund. Swinburn earned an MPA in Policy and Management from New York University and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.
