Jon Cosper

Jon Cosper, MBA, serves as the Director of Employer Partnerships at YouthForce NOLA since July 2023, leveraging extensive experience in workforce development and partnership building. Previously held roles include Workforce Outcomes Lead at Operation Spark, where strategic alliances with employers and community organizations were fostered, and Director of Athletics, Career and Technical Education at Young Audiences Charter Schools, overseeing significant programming staff and budgets. Jon has also contributed as a consultant for Baptist Community Ministries, enhancing youth program quality, and as Director of Extended Learning at Young Audiences of Louisiana, managing comprehensive educational programs across multiple schools and community centers. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
