Tori McRoberts Hoffpauir

Tori McRoberts Hoffpauir is an accomplished professional in development and communications, currently serving as the Director of Development and Communications at YouthForce NOLA since September 2022. Previously, Tori held various leadership roles at New Leaders from July 2014 to July 2022, including Executive Director of Institutional Giving and Executive Director of National Development, where efforts focused on raising significant philanthropic funds and establishing high-level development strategies. Tori has extensive experience in project management and strategy development, demonstrated through roles as an independent consultant and interim Chief of Staff at Turnaround for Children. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Politics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Spring Hill College.
