Joel Nicholson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in coaching and education. As the co-founder and CEO of Careerfully since June 2024, Nicholson leads a platform that enhances personalized coaching for students in educational institutions. Concurrently, Nicholson has co-founded Youthfully, offering premium coaching services tailored to students since January 2011. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Kearney, where Nicholson managed a global learning and development team, and contributed to high-profile projects with the World Economic Forum. Additionally, Nicholson has experience as a professor at Georgian College, developed an online platform for university reviews with CampusRankings, and has been an active speaker and writer focused on education and leadership. Nicholson holds a Commerce degree from Queen's University, obtained in 2010.
