Dianne (Nicholls) Weatherby possesses extensive experience in corporate events, governance, and community service, currently serving as the Chair of the Council of the Provinces and Territories for Tennis Canada since May 2024. Dianne has been with CIRO since September 1992, where the role has evolved from Administrative Assistant to Manager of Corporate Events and Multimedia, reflecting over three decades of service within various regulatory organizations. Active in the Ontario Tennis Association, Dianne held multiple leadership positions, including Senior Corporate Events Specialist and Chair of the Board of Directors since April 2015. Additionally, Dianne serves as the Regional Chair on the Board of Directors at YouthLink Toronto, a role focused on mental health support for youth, and has held several leadership roles in local tennis organizations, including the Charlottetown Tennis Club and the Scarborough Tennis Federation. Dianne's educational background includes studies at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

YouthLink
Founded in 1914, YouthLink is a leader in promoting the mental health and well-being of marginalized youth in Toronto. We provide a range of services to young people in Scarborough and the wider GTA, including counselling services, youth shelter and housing, educational support through our Pathways to Education program, residential treatment, in-home family support to keep families together and prevent young people from coming into the child welfare system, parenting support, and outreach workers that go into community and schools to meet young people where they are at. We are fully accredited and a United Way Anchor Partner. YouthLink joins with youth, families and partners to highlight and develop strengths, aspirations and positive actions that improve the health and well-being of all who live, work, study and play in our community.
