Wokie C. Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategic communication, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Officer at Youthprise since August 2022, Wokie collaborates with senior leaders to enhance organizational efficiency and sustainability while promoting a positive organizational culture. As the President and CEO of Freeman and Associates, LLC since January 2015, Wokie has successfully facilitated diverse group sessions, focusing on strategic planning and community engagement. Previous roles include Assistant City Manager and Director of the Administration Department for the City of Brooklyn Park, and Assistant Executive Director at the U of MN UROC, among others. Wokie holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
