Ivan Mikheev

Ivan Mikheev has worked in the technology industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at AGIMA, initially as a Web Software Developer, then as a Teamlead, and finally as Deputy Chief Technology Officer. During this time, they were responsible for the development department, with a total output of 10,000 to 15,000 man-hours a month. Ivan also worked on projects such as Alpha-Insurance, Perekrestok and Pyatorochka loyalty programs, and Ingosstrakh user's personal accounts. In 2018, Ivan moved to YouTravel.me as Chief Product & Technology Officer, where they built a team of 30 people from scratch, developed a product task planning process by Kanban method, and onboarded two new competences inside the company. Ivan also successfully navigated the company through three crises in which sales dipped to zero.

Ivan Mikheev received their Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) in 2012. Ivan then went on to receive their Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2014.
